Get the know how

Perspective (UK) have an experienced team of industry professionals who can supply a host of training services covering all aspects of our Sunesis system, as well as SFA Funding Methodologies, audit and compliance, ILR and data validation including the use of DSATs software and best practice.

We provide training in three ways depending upon your requirements; these are Web based Training, On-site training and an extensive list of our accurate and clear How To Guides are available.

Web Based Training

This is a convenient and effective method of training as it allows a member of our well trained staff to deliver training quickly and easily when required. For web based training we use GoMeeting; this will give you access to our screens allowing you to follow us every step of the way whilst maintaining a voice link for clients interaction.

On-site Training

Training within your own office environment is provided as part of your initial set up of Sunesis. All members of staff have extensive knowledge of Sunesis, are friendly and will provide bespoke training to your organisation. Materials will be provided to aid with your training; this will allow clients to keep a visual track of their learning as well as a point of reference post training.

How To Guides

We have a wide variety of How To guides, these guide all display accurate information on how to perform specific tasks within Sunesis; our guides range from adding a learning to how to use our funding Profiler. These are permanently available on your Sunesis site and can be downloaded as a PDF so you can save or print for future use.
